The mission of the SMR service is to support you after a medical hospitalization, with the aim of restoring your autonomy through re-education and/or rehabilitation care, and enabling you to return home under the best possible conditions.

The day hospital provides tailored care without full hospitalization. You can benefit from re-education, rehabilitation or therapeutic education programs while returning home in the evening.
The USLD welcomes patients requiring complex, regular care and continuous, long-term medical supervision. Our team provides medical and technical care, as well as relational support.
Day care is designed for people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders still living at home. It provides respite for caregivers, while offering stimulating activities for residents.
