The mission of the SMR service is to support you after a medical hospitalization, with the aim of restoring your autonomy through re-education and/or rehabilitation care, and enabling you to return home under the best possible conditions.

The day hospital provides tailored care without full hospitalization. You can benefit from re-education, rehabilitation or therapeutic education programs while returning home in the evening.
The USLD welcomes patients requiring complex, regular care and continuous, long-term medical supervision. Our team provides medical and technical care, as well as relational support.
Admission to a Long-Term Care Facility (USLD): The USLD falls under both the health care sector and the medical-social sector. The admission forms are the same as those used for nursing homes (EHPAD) and must be used for all admission requests to a USLD.
Day care is designed for people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders still living at home. It provides respite for caregivers, while offering stimulating activities for residents.

The "unité d'hébergement renforcée" or UHR is a space set up within the EHPAD to care for residents with significant behavioral disorders that impair their safety and quality of life.
