Our Daily Commitment to Quality

Patient Safety

Every staff member at CHCBE is educated about the safety culture. Sessions to analyze adverse events are held regularly within each department, in a non-punitive spirit, to learn collectively and prevent risks.

Pain Management

A pain management protocol is in effect in all departments. Pain assessments are systematically documented in the patient’s medical record and reevaluated throughout the patient’s stay.

Prevention of Healthcare-Associated Infections

The CHCBE follows standard and supplemental hygiene precautions. Healthcare staff receive regular training, and the use of SHA is tracked in a monthly report.

Patient Record

Careful maintenance of your medical and care records ensures the continuity and traceability of your care, particularly during handoffs between teams and at the time of your discharge.

Your feedback helps us improve

At the end of each stay, you will be given a satisfaction survey. Your feedback—whether positive or negative—is analyzed by the quality management team and shared with the relevant staff.

You can also:

01

Report any dissatisfaction directly to the healthcare manager in your department

02

Contact the facility's quality management department

03

File a complaint with the Consumer Commission (CDU), which ensures that your rights are respected

04

The foreseeable evolution of your condition
